By using Drop (drop.host), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

Drop is a free temporary file sharing service provided by Host S.p.A. The service allows uploading files and generating temporary download links. Files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

The service may be used exclusively for lawful purposes:

→ Upload and share personal or professional files

→ Use the service for occasional file transfers

→ Integrate the service into professional workflows

It is strictly prohibited to use Drop to:

→ Upload illegal, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights

→ Distribute malware, viruses or harmful software

→ Violate intellectual property rights

→ Spam or phishing activities

→ Upload child pornography or content exploiting minors

→ Circumvent the service's security systems

→ Massive automated use without authorization

→ Maximum file size: 5 GB

→ Files are automatically deleted after 7 days

→ Daily quota per IP: 100 GB

→ Host S.p.A. reserves the right to modify these limits

The user is solely responsible for uploaded content. Host S.p.A. does not proactively monitor uploaded files but reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Host S.p.A. is not liable for data loss, service interruptions or damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Turin has jurisdiction for any disputes.
